This policy explains how refunds are handled for purchases made directly through the Lazy Podcaster website and processed by Lemon Squeezy.

Direct Purchases — Lemon Squeezy

All purchases made at lazypodcaster.com are processed by Lemon Squeezy as the Merchant of Record. This means Lemon Squeezy handles billing, payment processing, and refunds on our behalf.

Lazy Podcaster offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all direct purchases. If you're not satisfied within 30 days of your purchase date, you may request a full refund.

Refund Eligibility

  • You must request the refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • The guarantee applies to Lazy Podcaster software-license purchases made directly through lazypodcaster.com.
  • The license must not have been used in violation of Lazy Podcaster's End User License Agreement.

Refund processing is also subject to Lemon Squeezy's applicable terms as the Merchant of Record.

Once a refund is issued, the refunded paid license will be deactivated. You may continue using any features available without a paid license.

Note: Because Lemon Squeezy acts as the Merchant of Record, your refund will appear on your statement from Lemon Squeezy, not Lazy Podcaster.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Requests made after the applicable refund window has closed.
  • Licenses used in violation of Lazy Podcaster's End User License Agreement.
  • Purchases that have already been refunded once.
  • Cases where refund abuse or fraudulent activity is detected.

What Happens After a Refund

  • The refunded paid license is deactivated upon refund confirmation.
  • Projects and media stored locally on your device are not deleted when a license is refunded.
  • Refunded licenses cannot be reactivated. You would need to purchase a new license.

How to Request a Refund
